One Bedroom Studio Deluxe Apartment

Studio 1 Apartment is a new fully refurbished modern ground floor apartment within the impressive Edwardian built town house in the centre of the coastal resort of Lytham St Annes. It has its own private bathroom, kitchen dining area and lounge overlooking its own private patio to the front of the building.
The Bungalow and its studio apartments are all self contained fully modernised accommodation areas.

Each with fully equipped kitchens and dining areas with flat screen televisions in the lounge and separate seating areas as well as separate bedrooms with flat screen television.

There is also separate shower rooms and wc all on the same floor.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Bungalow and hope you have a pleasant and relaxing stay with us in the local area.

Completely relaxed.

I honestly loved everything about my stay. Phil met me on arrival and showed me around the place. On entrance, it felt very cosy and was warm. I was able to completely unwind, which was my purpose of staying. What a gem of a place to stay. I'll def be going back.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, run by absolutely wonderful Sally and Phil.

It was the 1st time we have stayed anywhere that wasn't a hotel, and what a truly brilliant experience it was, we had 8 fantastic nights in Sally and Phils beautiful accommodation, it was like walking into a show house, decorated and kitted out, furnishings etc are extremely high quality, just a short walk to the town centre and the many restaurants , everything we needed was close by, needless to say we would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending The Bungalow, and studio apartments.

Perfect location and lovely accommodation.

Lovely apartment, small but beautifully decorated and very convenient for Lytham. Car parking space. Bathroom is a tiny bit small but ok for two people. Nice touches with magazines, fresh milk, biscuits

Repeat visit and will definitely be back afain

Hosts are lovely, accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. So close to town of Lytham, no need to use the car to get to the many restaurants etc on offer.
