Le petit Périgord is a stylishly renovated holiday home located in Fouleix, in the heart of the beautiful Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The house is normally rented for 6 people and includes 3 spacious bedrooms.This unique holiday home combines French charm with modern comfort, set in an exceptional natural environment. Access is via a floating wooden walkway overlooking the green valley. Inside, you will enjoy large open living spaces filled with natural light and a fully equipped kitchen.From the various floors, you have access to a spacious terrace with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, there are three large bedrooms opening directly onto the garden with the heated private swimming pool (12 x 3 m, 1.5 m deep, with alarm, open from June to September).Le petit Périgord is a wonderful place to stay all year round. During the low and mid-season, the cozy fireplace, jacuzzi, and warm interior offer extra comfort.Although the setting is quiet and surrounded by forest, the house is close to the charming village of Vergt, with its shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The area around Fouleix is one of the most beautiful regions in the Dordogne, offering plenty of activities such as hiking, cycling, horse riding, and exploring local markets. Enjoy a glass of wine on a Provençal terrace and experience the charm of the French countryside.
