Relaxing in Cap D'agde.

Super modern villa, just needs more seating in the lounge area. We spent many a happy hour in the pool and the hot tub. Supermarket only 5 minute drive. Also great location for visiting Carcassone, Pezenas,(one of the best markets we have visited),and Montpellier, great for other shopping.

Wonderful visit to Villa Olivia in Agde

Wonderful stay in the villa. The owners were great and we had excellent communication throughout with questions we had for them. Both families loved the layout and space of the villa and the pool was great. Lots for the kids to do locally with local shops, ten bowling, fast food outlets etc We thought the local shopping for supermarkets was very good and also very close by. However very busy but it was the main summer period. We used Uber’s to go into Agde which is a beautiful town and to Cap D’Agde which is great and has lively bars and restaurants. Great place for a large family or like us 2 families to f 4. Thank you Simon

Schönes Haus, netter Gastgeber. Man ist beim Einkauf, am Strand und am Golfplatz. Alles max 8 min entfernt.Leider waren die Kosten die noch dazukommen vor der Buchung nicht bekannt, wie z.B. Nutzung Whirlpool, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Endreinigung. Das gehört ins Inserat, da hier schnell zischen 400 und 700 zusammen kommen können. Ruhige und sichere Wohngegend. Fernsehprogramm nur französisch, w-lan inklusive. Gute Grillausrüstumg und große Terrasse. Wir kommen wieder

Für jedes Alter was dabei

Wir reisten mit einer Wohngruppe: 3 Betreuer und 6 Kinder bzw. Jugendliche. Die Unterkunft ist für alle attraktiv. Die Kinder freuen sich über das Planschen im Pool, die Jugendlichen über das Spa. Das Haus hat genug Platz für alle und ist sehr geräumig aber nicht zu weitläufig, sodass man alle gut im Blick behalten kann. Die Zimmer und Betten sind bequem und sauber, auch die Badezimmer tiptop. Wir konnten schöne Tagesausflüge nach Carcassonne, Narbonne und Montpellier machen, die Märkte in Vias Plage und Agde waren bei allen sehr beliebt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug, was für eine größere Gruppe, die jeden Tag selbst kocht, äußerst praktisch ist. Man kann schön draußen sitzen und grillen. Wir hatten wirklich sehr viel Spaß. Lediglich schade war, dass die Jugend abends nicht allein zu Fuß mal was trinken gehen konnte, weil es keine Restaurants oder Bars in der Nähe gibt. Das hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt, dass die Ortsmitte näher wäre. Aber ansonsten war alles wunderbar. Franck war auch sehr freundlich und der Service und die Einweisung ins Haus waren sehr gut.

Superbe villa idéale pour famille nombreuse

4 générations sous le même toit. La villa, très bien équipée pour 9, nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour dans le calme du quartier tout en ayant tous les commerces à proximité. Freundliche Gastgeber, gut ausgestattet

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war angenehm. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und entgegenkommend. Danke für das tolle Willkommensgeschenk! Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Günstige Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren praktisch. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt und lud zur Entspannung ein. Es gab ausreichend Aktivitäten für junge Erwachsene in der Umgebung. Ein schöner Strand war 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das wir nur ein gewisses Strom und Wasserkontingent hatten irritierte uns bei der Buchung, war aber kein Problem, da wir es nicht ausschöpften. Ein kleines Problem war die Parkplatzhöhenbegrenzung in Cap D'Agde von 2,2 Metern, die für unser höheres Fahrzeug problematisch war. Insgesamt war es eine gute Zeit und wir haben die Ferien genossen.

Villa spacieuse 2022 Agde (27.08-10.09)

Belle villa de vacances avec beaucoup de commodités, grande cuusine, grand salon et avec une plancha et un barbecue sur la terrasse. La villa est située dans un quartier moderne et calme tout près des commerces. Merci à Frank pour son accueil aimable et la petite attention d‘accueil.

villa spacieuse pour de bonnes vacances

Superbes vacances dans une villa très agréable tout confort et très propre . Rien ne manque : grand salon, cuisine équipée, chambres spacieuses, plancha, barbecue sans oublier le spa ( quel bonheur)et la piscine(même avec 19°) Tout y est pour profiter du calme et se reposer. Toute la famille a trouvé sa place sans être les uns sur les autres La villa est située dans une rue calme et près de commerces. La plage est accessible facilement ; on a pu visiter la région sans faire beaucoup de kms ; il y a de belles balades à faire à pied. Merci à Frank et Véronique pour votre accueil et les petites attentions d’accueil.

Fantastico

La casa è semplicemente fantastica. Spaziosa, comoda e curata in ogni dettaglio. Franck è un host sempre pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità ma al tempo stesso discreto e riservato. Il giardino con barbecue, la piscina esterna e la sono delle caratteristiche della casa che la rendono unica e bellissima.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.

Nach einer langen Anreise ,wurden wir herzlich von Franck empfangen und durch das wunderschöne Haus geführt . Ein traumhaft schönes Haus. Fünf großräumige Zimmer, reichlich Platz für eine Großfamilie oder eine große Gruppe,Platz für maximal 10 Personen. Eine wunderschöne Terasse vor dem Haus mit einem schönen Pool, im Haus ein toller Whirlpool,gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Haus,in einer ruhigen Lage! Einfach gesagt top.

Très belle villa.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans une villa bien équipée avec sa jolie piscine pour nous et les enfants. Le quartier est calme et proche des centres commerciaux. Le plus pour nous était l’accès aux pistes cyclables et le point de vue magnifique á partir du pic saint loup.
