Charming House - 700 meters from the sea

At the entrance, you’ll find a well-equipped vintage-style kitchen (no microwave) with a classic coffee maker, where you can enjoy your meals. There is also a separate TV lounge, furnished with a sofa bed (high-quality mattress) that can accommodate 2 additional guests.

A bright, open living space welcomes the whole family. Large sliding doors open onto a beautiful stilted terrace with garden views, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments. The lounge also includes a dining area.

The dining area features a large table where the entire family can gather for pleasant meals. There is also a small bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC.

On the upper level, you will find two cozy, bright bedrooms with built-in closets, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a WC.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm).

The second bedroom has a bed measuring 140x190 cm.

The sofa in the TV lounge can be used as a third bedroom (high-quality mattress).

Parking is available on the property and on the street.

The fireplace unfortunately cannot be used, but everything else is set up to ensure a comfortable stay.

The garden features a swing for children and is not fully enclosed.

Linens

Bed linens are not provided, but you can rent them with beds made upon arrival:

20 euros for the double bed in the first bedroom (160x190 cm)

Second bedroom (140x190 cm), towels included

Please specify your bed preferences and whether you want separate beds when booking.

If you wish to rent linens, please let me know at the time of booking.

Pets are allowed for a supplement of 25 euros , payable on arrival.

Payment is made directly on-site (exact change appreciated).
