2-bedroom apartment located in Midrand, Johannesburg. With a perfect
combination of luxury and comfort, this is the ideal spot for a
relaxing getaway.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be welcomed with a stunning fully
equipped kitchen, catering for all your culinary needs with a 4-seater
dining table for a more intimate dining experience. The very inviting
lounge area, with a flat screen TV and cozy couch, leads out onto a
sizeable balcony, boasting views of Cassini, Newton and Kepler Towers
as well as the Midrand landscape.
Accommodating 4 guests in two bedrooms, the light, neutral tones create
a calming atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful rest. Both rooms offer queen
size beds, en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and bath while the
other just a shower and have access to the balcony which allows for an
abundance of fresh air and natural light to fill the room.
Additional features include internet access, secure, undercover
parking, a communal pool as well as all linen and towels provided.
Within close proximity of the accommodation, you will find The Mall of
Africa that offers anything and everything you would need. There are
also local restaurants offering delicious food and drink options for
everyone to enjoy. The 4 Ways Farmers Market located in Modderfontein
Nature Reserve is a great outing for the whole family, with lush green
grass, live music performances, quaint shops as well as food and drinks
available for your convenience.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Noise Policy: No loud noise or parties after 22:00. Always be mindful and respectful of your neighbours.
Laundry: Hanging laundry on the balcony is prohibited and subject to fines by the Body Corporate.
⚠️ Non-compliance will result in a R500 fine for the abovementioned House Rules.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to us prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 3 Magwa Crescent, Waterfall city, Midrand. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.”
