The apartment is on the second floor of a complex of two vacation homes Le ville di Sofia, located a few steps from the sea.
A car gate allows access to the property and parking the car inside the front courtyard from which stairs depart.
The entrance is into a furnished living room with open kitchen, dining room and 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

Le Ville di Sofia is located a stone`s throw from the beach of Sant`Isidoro, a lively seaside resort in the municipality of Nardò, on the Ionian coast.
All services offered by the tourist destination are within walking distance. Porto Cesareo is just a 5-minute drive away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
