That ’s why I take a hands-on approach with every property I manage. For Litho House, I’ve personally styled the interiors to balance heritage charm with modern comfort, making sure everything from the bedding to the lighting feels curated and cared for.
I especially enjoy hosting guests who appreciate the balance this location offers — close enough to Manchester for city visits, yet tucked into a quiet village rich in industrial history and natural beauty. There’s something incredibly grounding about being here. The pace is calmer, the air feels fresher, and the sense of community is real. You’ll find independent cafés, local pubs, canal walks, and some of the region’s best countryside trails — all just minutes away from the apartment. For hikers, Hollingworth Lake and the Pennine Way are close by. For culture seekers, there are galleries, live music venues, and heritage sites throughout the area.
It’s a great base whether you’re staying for a weekend break or commuting for work. And as someone who values both convenience and authenticity, I knew this was the kind of place I wanted to offer guests — somewhere with soul.
