This modern, spacious apartment is located on the underground level (subterrain) of a house with shared pool, about 300 m from the main beach of Baska and 200 m from the city center.
For max 2 persons, it offers a total living space of around 60 m2.
The apartment consists of one bedroom, a bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine), a living room with air conditioning, SAT TV, free Wi-Fi and with fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge with a freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Kitchen utensils are included.
There is also a shared terrace on the floor above with outdoor furniture (20 m2).
All guests have access to a shared pool with sun loungers.
The apartment includes free parking spot, and for those not traveling by car, there is an option to arrange a transfer (surcharge).
Pets are not allowed.
