Perenquen 1 is one of six independent apartments at The Perenquen, a vacation rental property in La Matanza de Acentejo, Tenerife.



The Perenquen is a beautiful property in the green north of Tenerife. It features breathtaking views (of the ocean, the Teide, and the mountains), heated swimming pool, and high speed internet (1GB optic fiber). The Perenquen is located in an area called “Puntillo del Sol", which owes its name to the number of days the sun shines a year! It is also conveniently located for exploring the island, and it is only a 12-minute drive from Puerto de la Cruz and a 15-minute drive from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. 

This large one bedroom apartment has a large private patio and is located right next to the swimming pool. It comes with all of the basic amenities to be able to enjoy your stay. It also has a 40” Smart TV, an outdoor table, and 2 lounge chairs to relax while enjoying the beautiful views and weather. 

The Perenquen has 6 apartments and therefore is possible to reserve more than one apartment to stay with your friends and family. You will have free access to the heated swimming pool, tropical garden, sun loungers, and washing machine (in the laundry room). Also included is high speed internet access (1GB fiber optic) and parking.

- Pool temperature ranges from 27-30 degrees in the summer (21 degrees if it were not heated), and 25-27 degrees in the winter (16 degrees if it were not heated), depending on the outside temperatures and weather.

- Car is recommended. The bus stop is 1.9 km away

- Not suitable for pets

- No parties allowed

- We are a private residence, there are no signs on the road. The last 500 meters to the house are steep but easily drivable.

- Infants up to 2 years old can stay for EUR 120.00 per child per stay payable at your arrival. Crib and high chair are available upon request
