Fallows in Llanerch Park, St Asaph, Denbighshire, sleeps two in one bedroom.
Fallows consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining space, sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and a twin. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture, hot tub, and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Shop and pub 1.1 miles. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, starter pack for woodburning stove, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Make a memorable getaway to Denbighshire with a stay at Fallows. Note: Wheelchair ramp on request. Lying in the Vale of Clwyd, six miles between Denbigh and the coastal town of Rhyl, in North Wales, St Asaph enjoys a strategic location overlooking the rivers Clwyd and Elwy. The city offers delightful riverside parkland and a children’s play area with picturesque river walks where you may see kingfishers, sparrow hawks and buzzards.
