With three bedrooms (master suite, twin and bunk room) and two bathrooms, the property sleeps six guests. A modern kitchen, and combined living / dining space, the apartment boasts a private balcony with spectacular sea views. There is also a communal barbeque area, and heated outdoor swimming pool. Suitable for couples and families, 12 Thurlestone Rock is perfect for a coastal break.

All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided - guests require beach towels. Strictly No Smoking. This apartment had major refurbishment completed in May 2025.
The swimming pool is open from May - mid September (subject to change without further notice and guidelines available in the property).
2 dogs welcome at a cost of £45 per dog per short break or week. Please note dogs are not allowed onto furniture nor in the bedrooms.

Town: The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
