Burrs Farm, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with AGA, electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, a utility with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room with woodburning stove and seating for twenty guests, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, and a game room with an electric fire and TV, and pool table . The bedrooms consist of a family room with king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and bunk, a family room with twin (zip/link, can be double on request) and a single with an en-suite shower, a second-floor family room with twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request) and single, a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request) with en-suite shower, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), and a second-floor twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request) with en-suite shower, serviced by a bathroom, a shower room and a cloakroom. Today visitors continue to enjoy these magnificent buildings and gardens, as well as the Opera House's full programme and annual festivals of music and arts. There is good walking close by with rugged peaks to the north and gentle hills and dales to the south and a number of pretty towns and villages are dotted throughout including Bakewell, Ashford-in-the-Water, Castleton and Edale.
