🚔Illegal Substances or Drugs = Zero Tolerance If we suspect drugs or illegal activity, the police will be notified and all guests will be removed.
🎉 No Parties or Unapproved Gatherings - No parties are allowed. Unapproved guests or parties will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: MAINTENANCE ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. If you notice or suspect a leak, dripping water, or anything unusual with the plumbing, you must notify us immediately. Failure to report a known issue will result in a financial claim against you to cover preventable damage.
🧼 No Theft of Supplies, Items or Inventory – these are logged on a checklist. We reserve the right to report anything missing to the platform, so they can administer a fine on our behalf and notify other Hosts of such Guest behaviour.
