This lovely, single-level property boasts a beautiful outdoor area, featuring a private 8x4 meter swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.50 meters. The pool area is fully furnished, making it ideal for relaxing with family and friends. Combined with a traditional Cypriot BBQ setup, it’s perfect for al fresco dining.

Inside, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances for your cooking needs. The spacious living room features high ceilings and impressive glass doors that open directly to the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The villa includes three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two with twin beds that share a second bathroom—also equipped with a shower—for added comfort and convenience.
