It is ideal for delegates (14 minutes' walk from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for vacationers (1 minutes' walk from the beach).

Delegates to the Cannes Film Festival need only 1 km west to reach the Palais des Festivals (14 mins walk), while swimmers and sunbathers just have to cross the street to enjoy the beautiful beach of Cannes.
