This spacious and characterful property sleeps up to 28 guests across 13 bedrooms, all en-suite, with spacious communal areas, a private lake, and panoramic rural views in every direction.

The Space

Three Wells is a large, converted guesthouse with plenty of room to spread out, both inside and out. You’ll find:

13 bedrooms (3 twins -one on the ground floor, 1 family room, 3 suites with private lounge and 6 doubles)

A large, fully equipped kitchen with 4 induction hobs, double oven, a dishwasher, grill and plenty of fridge, freezer and storage space, with everything you need to cook for a group

A generous dining room seating 20+ comfortably – great for long breakfasts, Sunday roasts, or celebratory meals

A spacious, light-filled sitting room and a tucked away bar-lounge, with deep sofas and a wall-mounted TV.

The layout works well for extended families or groups who want both shared social spaces and privacy.
