Our little rural annex flat is modern but comfortable. It is the same building as our house. We have converted a part of our house into a self-contained flat. It has a king size bed, spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen with table and couch. We are in the countryside but just 6km from Eyre Square in Galway city centre. It's the perfect base for you to explore the west and the Wild Atlantic Way. The property is a guest flat/annex(part of our house) but is full self-contained.

The space:
It is a guest flat/annex which means it is part of our house but completely separate. The space is bright, clean and modern but with a traditional Irish twist. You will have room to unwind after a busy day seeing the unique sights of Galway and the West coast.

Guest access:
Guests have 100% privacy with their own entrance, kitchen, shower, toilet and king size bedroom.

Other things to note:
The property is contained within our house. We have converted some unused rooms and created a self-contained annex flat. It is completely separate with it's own private entrance. It is suitable for a couple. Please take the time to ensure that this is suitable for you and that the location is suitable for what you want. If you are looking to stay in the city, this property is NOT suitable.

We have a dog(Rick, a Jack Russeell terrier). He barks at new people but is very friendly.

We provide hot water but it is not instant nor is it limitless. We have a very large hot water tank but there can be rare occasions where it runs out. We can manually turn on the system but it will take 30 minutes to get more hot water.
