The villa is located in the center of the village of Torre dei Corsari and consists of two separate apartments (one on the first floor and the other on the first floor). The apartment available for rent is on the first floor (70 square meters) and is laid out as follows: a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a master bedroom, and a small bedroom (sleeping a total of 4 people), a bathroom (with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet), and a large terrace. There is a large garden with a barbecue, parking spaces, an outdoor shower, and a laundry area
