Our air-conditioned THE LEE HOUSE is, together with our smaller THE GREEN HOUSE, located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relaxe, do yoga, meditate ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. On your terrace you can serve food out of the full furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemaschine, water boiler and dishwasher or use the barbecue.

With a double bed room, extra two bed room, kitchen-living room with sofa-sleeper, separated spot for your dog(max.2), bathroom with toilet and shower, free WIFI, washing machine and a 42“ TV you will not miss a thing and feel like home. The managment is separated housed on the same property.

Within 10 minutes' walk to the sea and 10 minutes drive to the city Fazana you will find Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and the local Touristoffice. Famous national park Brijuni can be visit via boat during the day.
