A house that leaves nothing to be desired The house offers space for up to eight people on three harmoniously designed floors - ideal for families or friendly couples. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished: Two double rooms with beds measuring 180 × 200 cm, a single room with 90 × 180 cm, a bunk bed room with two mattresses each measuring 90 × 180 cm, as well as a separate room with a fold-out corner sofa (140 × 200 cm) offer flexible and cosy sleeping options. Three stylish bathrooms - including a spacious shower area with two rain showers - ensure a high level of comfort. One of the bathrooms on the upper floor also has a practical changing table - a particular plus for families with small children. At the centre of the house is the bright, fully equipped kitchen with rustic charm and modern technology: a large fridge, large freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle and toaster are all on hand. The large dining table with space for eight people provides a relaxed start to every day of your holiday. Spacious outdoor areas for every season The house has three stylishly designed terrace areas, which are harmoniously grouped around the living area and offer a special place at any time of day. Directly adjoining the dining area is a large, glazed conservatory whose glass surfaces can be fully opened, creating an airy space that almost becomes one with nature in summer. To the right is an open wooden terrace with high-quality seating and a gas barbecue - ideal for cosy evenings or a glass of wine at sunset. Opposite is the spacious stone terrace in the rear garden area, equipped with a large dining table for eight people and a marvellous view of the greenery. With an area of 0.136 km² and a maximum depth of 4.1 metres, it is ideal for relaxing walks and observing nature. Åsunden About 3.5 kilometres to the east is Åsunden, a larger lake that offers a wide range of leisure activities such as swimming, fishing and boating. The lake is known for its beautiful bathing spots and picturesque surroundings. These two lakes each offer unique experiences and are easily accessible from the holiday home. Excursions and experiences in the region Ulricehamn is only a few minutes' drive away and offers leisure activities all year round - from the charming old town centre with cafés and shops to the popular winter sports area with cross-country ski trails and ski slopes. Borås with its zoo, textile museum and many shopping opportunities is also within easy reach. Gothenburg is worth a day trip - with its harbour flair, the Liseberg amusement park and a lively cultural scene.
