Hidden Pool House With Sea View, Klenovica, Croatia

Relax in peace at this contemporary villa, which sleeps 5 people, making it a wonderful holiday destination for friends or family who want to enjoy Croatia’s beautiful beaches and discover some of its fascinating history. Surrounded by greenery, the villa is only a few minutes from the coast and the town of Klenovica. It is ideal for all ages.

The décor is a combination of modern architecture with antique pieces. On the ground floor, guests will find an open-plan living room furnished with an elegant sofa and armchairs, with a flat-screen TV and coffee table. The dining table for 6 people is next to the seating area. A door leads from the dining area to the kitchen. The attractive fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine.

Two sets of glass doors lead out from the main living area to the terrace, which offers stunning sea views. The terrace is partly shaded and furnished with a dining set for meals al fresco. There are four sun loungers for sunbathing after a refreshing dip in the pool. The swimming pool is at the side of the house and is 1.5m deep.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a beautiful antique double bed and wardrobe, with a flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom and a glass door leading out onto a balcony with panoramic sea views.
Bedroom 2: This airy bedroom is also furnished with a beautiful double bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. It also has a door leading to the balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 3: A smaller bedroom with a single bed and a chest of drawers.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: This en suite bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: An independent bathroom with a charming bathtub with a shower, plus 2 basins and a WC.
Extra: There is a separate WC and basin on the ground floor.

Location
The villa enjoys a sunny position and lovely views. It is close to Klenovica, which has a lively marina, shops and some restaurants. The larger town of Novi Vinoldolski is just 15 minutes away. Here, guests can find a farmers’ market, a fish market and a wider range of shops.

Away from the coast, there is plenty to explore, including a 50km cycle route in the hills, which offers wonderful views over the Adriatic and the islands of Krk and Prvic. There are also hiking routes for all levels.

The stunning Crikvenica Riviera, with its beautiful beaches, is just 20 minutes away. There are other lovely beaches closer to home, including the special dog beach (10 minutes) and lovely Dugno Beach (8 minutes). Or visitors can get out on the water, rent a boat in Klenovica and explore the stunning coastline.
