気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This property was advertised on several platforms. I chose the most cost efficient. I received updates to add insurance, to add other amenities along the way. I received my booking reminder about a week before. I never received a check-in code. I sent request as I boarded my plane to Vegas. Upon landing the day of check in, I recieved a cancelation notice due to " environmental impact" , another email said a/c was down and couldn't be fixed until Monday. There was no assotance offered to still offer accommodations after Monday. Just SOL. Very poor communication and lack of customer service. Should have known it.was shady as there were no reviews on this platform, but several mediocre reviews for.the same property on other platforms. I guess I would have never recieved any notification had I not reached out. Beware.
