Elegant terraced villa in a central, green area of Lignano Pineta, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Hemingway Park and the town centre – ideal for a relaxing holiday. It offers free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a microwave, safe, and a spacious private garden with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. From 20/09/2025 to 20/05/2026, gas and electricity are paid at check-out based on actual usage: gas 1 Euro per cubic meter, electricity 1 Euro per kWh. The villa, with air conditioning, features a living room with a dining area, a double sofa bed and ceiling fan, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, guest toilet, a patio with an outdoor fireplace, and a fenced garden. Upstairs are a double bedroom with an extra single bed and en-suite whirlpool bath, a second double/twin room, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and balconies. The attic, accessed via spiral stairs, has two single beds (not heated/air-conditioned). Garage and washing machine in the basement.
