All very clean, well-equipped and did the job. This is a little annexe in the back garden of a house. A little hard to find and access. You need to go into the Roker Hotel entrance from the main road and turn right. I was grateful that the host was very responsive via message to support with access & wifi questions.

Hello Hannah Thank you for your review, it was lovely to speak to you. The property is a one bedroomed cottage not an annex it is situated out back of a block of apartments with its own little yard, very private. I am sorry you had a issue with the directions on Google, sometimes it takes you straight to the front of the property and sometimes to the rear of the property. My number is always available For any guests. I hope you return again in the future Many thanks
