Cannot tell about hotel rooms, only about family apartment: Beautiful hotel with nice SPA area and infinity pool (only for guests above 16yo). Pool area for kids is in the basement and a little bit small, but also clean and pleasant. With a "red" Holiday guest-card, handed out on check-in, there is total free entry into the local open-air swimming facility granted (perfect alternative to the hotel swimming pooland not far away from hotel). Unfortunately no air conditioning in the family apartment but staff lent us two ventilators for free. Toilet/bathroom were very modern, beds were very comfortable with high quality blankets and pillows. Also kitchen has been well functioning with water cooker, Nespresso coffee-machine, toaster, dish washer and microwave. Refridgerator with built-in freezer. Distance to village-center by walk is a little bit far, but in the center there are lots of parking possibilities, bakery and supermarkets. By bike the distance is not mentionable neither. Did not try Golfing, but hiking/biking possibilities due to the Alpine mountains perfect. Westendorf is quite centered within the Austrain Alpine mountains, so that a lot of attractions/mountains are easily reachable by car. Restaurants/Cafes in Westendorf seemed to be specialized on tourists offering regional specialties on a high quality. Staff has been so friendly and competent, always receptive on questions and problems, helpful and courteous. Conclusion: Had an unexpectedly perfect stay and holiday at the Berg&Golf Apartments in Westendorf, Austria. Only problem in summer has been the lack of air conditioning. Every other aspect was great. Would like to visit again in winter for snowboarding.
