良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The overall rating is positive, but some asepcts can be improved.The information pack needs replacing.The bottom fridge drawer needs replacing - it was falling apart.The broken fitting on the upstairs shower needs replacing.There were no oven gloves.There was no cheese grater - we bought one and have left it for others to use.The light in the downstairs did not work.The conservatory lights did not work.The recycling needs to be re-organised. It was not clear how it should be sorted, where it should be taken to and there were no bio-degradable bags for food waste.One tea towel for 9 people for 8 days is clearly inadequate.Lastly, the whole house was too warm and it was not possible to reduce the control level any further. The shower room needed an open window, but that was not possible,
