Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the house itself nice, and we truly appreciate you staying with us. We’re sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Our home is a self-catering property, and as noted in the listing, we provide a starter supply of essentials—one toilet roll per holder, one trash bag per bin, and one soap per bathroom. Regarding the pool heat, it was switched on prior to your arrival as requested. We didn’t hear from you during your stay about any issues, so we weren’t aware there was a concern. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to check and ensure everything was working to your satisfaction.

Thank you so much! We loved hosting you and would welcome you back anytime in the future. Safe travels home.

Thanks Jennifer. We enjoyed hosting you and welcoming you back in the future. The community is very secure and entrance is via a guard at the gate. They can sometimes have tech issues with their system and names may not show on the screen and so I am glad that you called me and I was able to assist straight away and you and your family got into the community then. The property managers did check on the AC unit upstairs following your report but all was functioning correctly. It has been very hot over this last week admittedly ( high 90s).
