Lovely stay in a great location

We had a great stay at this property! My kids loved walking the paths along the property each morning and seeing the ducks, turtles, and bunnies. My husband and I were able to have a date at the on-site restaurant. The owner was very responsive, even helping with a lost item. We loved the king-sized bed and the linens being provided, there were plenty of towels, extra pillows etc. The property could use sprucing up in some areas (stocking paper towels and sponges, replacing the shower curtain lining, upgrading the coffee maker), but is overall a very pretty and well-maintained property. We would definitely stay again.

Great comfort and amenities

Loved our cozy, comfortable, clean apartment! Lots of amenities , great views and easy access to pool/restaurant on property on close drive to downtown Naples. Really loved this place, we will be back!

Just as we hoped!

Our week was exactly as we planned. This unit is on the first floor away from noise and was equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect. The pool is heated and our weather was perfect.

Love the location of this property and sitting on the lanai watching water and ducks. Handy first floor for us. Very comfortable condo.

Christmas stay

The property place was nice but the jacuzzi was broken and there was construction all being done on the property which was very disturbing. Definitely not worth the price we paid. But the two bedroom condo had everything we needed.

Resort

The property is undergoing construction but didn’t interrupt our activities or bother us. Second stay this year at Resort in two different units. The pool is nice in lovely setting. Excellent restaurant on site. Easy access to activities we enjoy.

Great family place close to everything!

First, let me say that Frank was absolutely very accommodating and let us check in early as we were in town for a wedding and had an event early that evening. The check-in process was very easy, and they provide you with a wrist band that serves as your room key, key to the pool and key to the gym. Parking is directly in front of the unit which is on the first floor. This unit is perfect for a family with two kids as the master has a large king bed with ensuite bath, and the second bedroom is large and has two twin beds. There is another full bath as well. The kitchen is well stocked and can be used to prepare meals if you want. There are plenty of towels and beach/pool toys in the unit so you don't have to get them from the front desk. The condo is an older Florida building, very typical for a beach town like Naples. The condo was very clean and bright and airy. The bathrooms are a bit small, but certainly nothing you can't handle. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo with a nice area for dining and a living room with a TV that offers Netflix and other streaming channels. This is not like a hotel that provides you with shampoo, etc., so you will need to bring all of that stuff, but there was soap in the bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked with cleaning supplies. There is a also a washer and dryer in the unit which would come in handy if you were staying for longer than a few days. The complex has a restaurant on site which was very good, and it is within walking distance to MANY restaurants, shops, the grocery store, etc. We did not sit by the pool, but it looked nice. The lobby offers coffee every morning as well. As I said, this is an older Florida place so if you are looking for an upscale hotel-type experience, this isn't the place for you. However, if you want a great apartment close to the beach, shops, etc. with a genuine Florida feel to it, then this will be perfect for you.

Spring Break

We had to shorten our Spring Break this year, but this place was great for a few days. It was a short walk to the pool & Hogfish Harry’s (one of my favorites). The location is a quick drive to the beaches or shopping. I would’ve loved to enjoy my morning coffee on the lanai but there was construction that restricted the use of the lanai or even access to it. This was no fault of the owner & he did notify us of this issue prior to our arrival so I did appreciate that. Overall I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Beautiful Resort

Frank was responsive and accommodating. My friends and I flew in from out of town and Frank was able to let us check in a little early then scheduled. The Resort was beautiful, from the waterfall view, to the pool and the Restaurant. The Gym had decent equipment. Staff in the Lobby were all very friendly. Our rooms were stocked, we had plenty of towels. Frank even left beach chairs and umbrella that we took to the beach with us. The condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall very pleased with our stay!

The property is much smaller than appears in picture. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all inquiries and requests. The main complaint we have is that the furniture is very dated both in the bedrooms and in living room and the unit could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathtub in the main bedroom didn’t drain properly and the handle on the faucet in the main bathroom sink is loose so that the water would shut off intermittently. On the other hand, the countertop in the kitchen as well as the dishwasher and stove appeared to be relatively new and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary kitchen appliances, tools, dishware and cookware. Another major issue having to do with the resort is that they are in the process of renovating each unit’s lanai and as a result no one is allowed to sit outside to take advantage of the outdoor space and the walk-thru to pool area. We were there for 2 weeks and in that time we saw workers only a couple of days working on other units. At that pace, it will take an extremely long time to finish the project and anyone staying there will be denied using the lanai/patio. Meanwhile, the furniture that would normally be on the patio was crammed into the 2nd bedroom inside, making the room feel smaller and taking up lots of space in the closets. Lastly, because of the renovations taking place, there is a lot of scaffolding, dumpsters, and equipment directly in front of the unit and an eyesore.

Great hosts, great place with nice pickleball courts

Everything went smoothly, the property was just what we expected . In addition there were some nice people that let us join them in some fun pickleball games. The facilities came with paddles and balls free of charge.

Overall Good. I would stay there again. Interior could use some minor updates, main TV connection was spotty but bedroom was good. Frank was very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed this condo. It was exactly as listed - had everything we needed. The facility is excellent - pool with waterfall very relaxing. Loved the ducks, turtles and even an iguana. Parking super easy. As the reviews noted, the furniture is old and either needs to be replaced or shampooed. We didn't use the living room furniture. The bed was great. Bathrooms functional. We don't tend to cook so all we used was the Keurig. Looked like kitchen appliances were perfect. Would recommend if you are not picky about decor.

Nice weekend with friends!!!

Frank's place was great, as well the communication with him. The property es perfect for two adults with two kids or for four adults. The condo is safe and quiet with vending machine, restaurant, pool and nice walking area. A few steps walking a shopping center and restaurants are available. Some more averywhere. Nearby beaches and Marco Island 30min away

Nice Unit on Nice Property + Hogfish Harry's on site!

Second time staying at Frank's. It's a quiet, pretty property. The beds are very comfortable. It's a nice walk to the pool which is next to Hogfish Harry's (so yummy). It's fun to walk over the wooden bridges and see all the turtles, fish, birds, etc. I'm sure we'll look to stay again. If I could make a suggestion, would love upgraded patio furniture. Would love a Keurig machine too. Thank you for a nice stay!

Disappointed

Property in need of update which does not show on listing! Cleanliness a factor! Kitchen was well stocked. Overall the property seemed too expensive .
