A property full of charm, comfort, and character, ideal for families and groups looking to unwind in a peaceful natural setting. Children can play safely in the pedestrian street, the large garden, or the private swimming pool, while adults relax and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the Lecrín Valley.

Located in the picturesque village of Restábal, a hidden gem in the heart of the valley, the house offers an authentic yet convenient setting. The village has a small supermarket, two welcoming bars/restaurants, a bank, and a pharmacy, all within easy reach. It is also a perfect base for hiking and cycling enthusiasts, with countless routes through stunning natural landscapes.

Its location is ideal for exploring Andalusia: just 30 minutes from Granada and the Alhambra or the Costa Tropical, and about one hour from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

With capacity for up to 13 guests, the house offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing plenty of space and comfort for large groups while maintaining a warm and homely atmosphere.
