The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed that accommodates 2 guests. Additionally, we can prepare the sofabed in the living room for extra guests, ensuring ample space for everyone.
Bathrooms | One full bathroom accessible for all guests and it includes a shower, toilet and sink.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| The apartment also has a washing machine, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Swieqi is a charming town located on Malta's east coast, known for its quiet residential streets and convenient location.
Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Swieqi, just a short walk from a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.
For those looking to explore the local area, the apartment is within easy reach of some of Malta's best beaches. St. George's Bay, which is just a 10-minute walk away, is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.
Other nearby beaches include Balluta Bay and Sliema Beach, which are both just a short drive from the apartment.
For those looking for a bit of excitement, the bustling town of St. Julian's is just a short walk from the apartment. St. Julian's is known for its famous nightlife and entertainment scene, with a variety of bars, nightclubs, and casinos to choose from.
Whether you're looking for a quiet night out or a night of dancing and partying, St. Julian's has something for everyone.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Swieqi making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus.
The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require.
Tickets can be bought from the driver.
We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. You would need to travel to Sliema which is a very close town next to Swieqi and the ferry can take you all the way to Valletta and from here we also suggest you get another Ferry to the three cities.
For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in St Julians but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.
While we want you to fully enjoy your time in Malta, we kindly ask that if you plan to drink, please use a taxi service to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
Malta has a reliable and affordable taxi network, and services like eCabs, Bolt and Uber are readily available.
Very important notes before booking:
1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
