Great communication from host, very quick to reply and sort out any problems. Property was super-close to the high street, train station and the restaurants on the riverside. We were able to access the property from the basement car park, despite parking in the NCP next door, so my elderly stepdad didn't have to use any stairs to access the property. Flat was spotless and comfy. Many thanks.

This is a very well furnished and maintained apartment and very convenient for seeing Lincoln: 5 minutes to main shopping area, 15 minutes up hill to Cathedral and castle. There are a number of good, cheap eateries 3 minutes away around Brayford Pool. Parking 5 minutes away at Brayford Wharf North (£12.50 for 24 hours, NPCC) or 7 minutes at Lucy Tower Street (£10 for 24 hours). Flat is easy to find if you remember it is in the block on corner of Wigford Way and Brayford Wharf East and the front door is up several concrete steps.

Hi, I’m David—born and raised in Lincoln, and a proud first-time host. I work in the RAF and have always appreciated structure and attention to detail, which I’ve carried over into creating this space. Hosting is something I’ve wanted to do for years, and this waterfront property has been a real passion project.

In my free time, I enjoy travel, interior design, and exploring the hidden gems around Lincoln. Every booking genuinely means something to me. I’ve poured a lot of time and care into making sure guests feel comfortable, welcome, and looked after—whether they’re here for work, sightseeing, or a well-earned break.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this spot because of its unbeatable location—right on the water, yet just a short walk from Lincoln’s bustling High Street, historic Cathedral Quarter, and Brayford Waterfront. It’s the best of both worlds: calm and scenic views with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

There’s something really peaceful about being so close to the water, especially with morning light reflecting off the surface. Whether it's a quiet coffee on the Brayford pool or an evening stroll along the riverside paths, this area has a special atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere in the city.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property has been fully renovated with high-end finishes, modern comforts, and thoughtful touches throughout—from a 55” 4K TV and Nespresso machine to a USB-C workstation and blackout blinds for a great night’s sleep.

But what really makes it special is the attention to detail. Everything has been designed to feel like a home-away-from-home: stylish, cosy, and effortless to use, whether you’re here for two nights or two weeks. Add in the stunning waterfront setting and the central location, and you’ve got a rare combination of beauty, convenience, and comfort.
