This loft, nestled in the heart of old Paris, spans the top 2 floors of a historic building, offering iconic rooftop views and proximity with a park. It's moments from the Louvre, Pinault Foundation, Beaubourg, the Seine river… The 5th floor boasts an open-plan living space with a 5-meter-high, Eiffel-style metallic ceiling. The 4th features 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a separate gym rom with a sofa bed. Separations by elegant, closable glass panes.
This renovation is an achievement of my wonderful wife, a licensed architect, who has blended its historic charm (the 2 large bedrooms) with the modern design style of the living space featuring Scandy furniture, NFTs and unique AI paintings.
This loft is designed for maximum comfort (piano, video projection, mobile drink bar, wide modular sofas ...), offering very generous dining, and seating areas on the 5th, plus a dedicated equipped gym on the 4th.
Bathed in light, it benefits from many windows, ensuring natural illumination during the day and powerful projectors during the evening. Strong ventilation is also a pleasant feature, with four large roof fans on the 5th and 3 on the 4th. The street below shows very little traffic and is quite tranquil.

This district brilliantly blends historic charm with a modern buzz, from high-end boutiques to the extensive shopping at Forum des Halles. You can indulge in diverse culinary delights, from upscale dining to charming cafes.

Its central location is key. Major Metro and RER hubs like Louvres Rivoli make travel across Paris effortless. Yet many key attractions are within easy walking distance, and it borders several other popular arrondissements. The 1st arrondissement provides a dynamic and convenient base to explore Paris.

This spacious flat (180 m2) is designed for maximum comfort (piano, video projection, mobile drink bar, extra wide and modular sofas ...), offering generous sleeping, dining, and seating areas, plus a dedicated large and well equipped gym. The street below has minimal car traffic, ensuring a tranquil environment.

Bathed in light, the 5th floor benefits from its many windows and glass roof, ensuring natural illumination. Additionally, numerous projectors suspended from the metallic frame provide comprehensive lighting at night. Strong ventilation is also a feature, with four large roof fans on the 5th and six operable windows keeping the living area comfortably aired.
