Step into this light-filled, two-storey home that blends traditional English character with
contemporary comfort. Surrounded by mature trees and rolling greenery, every room is
spacious and thoughtfully decorated, with large windows framing the gardens and
surrounding landscape.

Bedrooms
Five generously sized bedrooms sleep up to 10. Two large master bedrooms have king
beds, garden views, wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Two further doubles also enjoy
garden views (one with a large balcony), plus a fifth good-sized double - all with hanging
space. One master has an adjoining room with a travel cot set up, ideal as a nursery or for
storing luggage (please bring your own baby linen and towels).

Please note: bedrooms are configured as doubles and kings, so the layout suits families and
couples sharing rather than ten individual single sleepers.

Bathrooms
Four full bathrooms mean privacy and no morning queues, finished in clean white tile with
stylish blue accents. Towels, hand towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap)
are provided for every guest.

Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops and generous storage: double oven, large
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The dining table
comfortably seats 8–10 (set for 8, with extra chairs to hand), and there’s a casual kitchen
table for morning coffee and quick bites.

Living spaces
An open-plan living and dining area with cosy seating for pre-dinner drinks, plus a separate
TV room with plenty of seating and a smart TV - perfect for a family film night. (The

Games room
A real highlight: a dedicated games room with a full-size table tennis table permanently set
up (bats and balls provided) and big bay windows with panoramic views. Great for kids,
teens and competitive family tournaments, whatever the weather.

Home office
A quiet, tucked-away office with a standing desk for remote working or catching up on email,
with wardrobe space for extra storage.

Garden & Outdoors
A beautiful front garden with uninterrupted views over the surrounding hills - wrought-iron
dining furniture for six, lawn and flower beds, framed by tall hedges and mature trees for
privacy. Ideal for garden lunches, sunny afternoons and unwinding at dusk.

Guests have full use of the house and the front garden throughout the stay. Keys are handed
over via a meet-and-greet, and 24/7 support is on hand before and during your stay. The
garage is not available for guest use.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
