Spread over two levels, the house is a tribute to Mediterranean elegance, curated in every detail by architect Elisa Gradanti.
The interiors are bright and harmonious, featuring ceramic floors, beige lime-based walls, reclaimed furniture, and natural materials like wood and coconut fiber.
The open-plan living area includes a sitting room with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for four.
Riad Blue offers two bedrooms. A double room with an open shower and en suite bathroom.
A second bedroom with a French bed, private bathroom, and small wardrobe, also ideal for a family with children.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, and mosquito nets to ensure a restful sleep, even during the hottest summer nights.
In front of each window, the refined beauty of Mutina’s Puzzle tiles draws the eye outward, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.
Electricity consumption is included up to 100 kWh per week, with an additional charge applied for extra usage.
