Welcome to a charming and generous home in the heart of nature – close to some of Österlen’s most beautiful beaches and a wide range of attractions for both young and old. Here you’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay together, whether you’re two families, a larger group of travelers, or several generations wishing to spend a holiday together. There is also the possibility to rent the neighboring cottage, shown in one of the pictures (63524). The house is spacious and well-planned, with a very large natural plot shared with the other cottage if it is also booked. Inside, there is a large and inviting living room with plenty of seating and direct access to a generous covered terrace with a cozy outdoor fireplace – perfect for long summer evenings with friends and family. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with single beds, a separate shower, and a toilet. The kitchen is centrally located and connects the different parts of the house in a homely way – fully equipped so you can easily prepare meals together. A somewhat steeper staircase leads up to the upper floor where five beds await: a single bed in a bright lounge area with fantastic views, two single beds in a cozy alcove, and another room with a double bed – perfect for a good night’s sleep. Outdoors, you’ll find generous lawns, several seating areas in both sun and shade, a playhouse, and plenty of space for children to run and play – all surrounded by beautiful nature inviting relaxation and exploration. Whether you want an active holiday filled with beach days, bike rides, and excursions – or calmer days with good food and togetherness – this is a wonderful accommodation for an unforgettable stay in Österlen. If you want to go on excursions, this location is excellent. Along the coast you’ll find stunning beaches such as Juleboda, Haväng, and Vitemölla, just to name a few. Nearby there are cozy restaurants like Solgården and Café Boule, both highly appreciated. For shopping, dining, or just strolling around, Ystad, Simrishamn, and Tomelilla are within reach. A highly renowned café in the area, “Olof Viktors,” is warmly recommended. You might also enjoy visiting Gamla Bageriet in Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm, or the historic Glimmingehus. A short drive away you’ll find Ales Stenar, Kåseberga, and much more. For children, there are plenty of attractions such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo, Tosselilla Summerland, and many others. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the many beautiful lakes in Skåne, including Lake Vombsjön and others nearby.
