One of the most luxurious apartments in Assisi. Our suite is located inside a historic building among those included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It has two mezzanines with bedrooms and two nineteenth-century living rooms with high ceilings and completely frescoed walls. The style perfectly reflects the classic style of historic homes but no description really does it justice, seeing is believing. You will be amazed.

The space
From the entrance to the left you will find the first room which is divided into a living room with bathroom and mezzanine which houses two single beds. To the right of the hall you will find the heart of the house, two living rooms, the first with a dining table and magnificent frescoes, complete with a separate room used as a kitchenette. Continuing you will find the second living room, a reading room with fireplace, the regal style characterizes everything. From here you access the bedroom and the mezzanine floor above. The bedroom is the main one and from here you access the main bathroom, in the anteroom there is a washing machine and dryer. On the mezzanine floor you can find access to the small balcony which offers a view of Assisi and also a small toilet.
The house does not have parking, but paid parking is available a 5-minute walk away at Saba Piazza Matteotti and Saba Mojano.
Guest access
The entrance is easy to find because it consists of a beautiful arch that leads to an inner courtyard. The door is the wooden one on the left by the steps. The keys will be in the key box to the left of the door. The house is fully accessible and for the exclusive use of guests.
