All guests will have access to all the public amenities of the building and to all amenities found inside the unit (own toilet and bath with hot & cold shower, own balcony, own TV with Netflix, own wi-fi, own dining table, own microwave and water heater, etc)

However, for guests up to 3 in number, only the family-sized bed and the single-sized bed found inside the bedroom will be provided with beddings. Extra beddings (bedsheet, pillows, and 2 pillowcases) may be requested for a laundry fee of Php200 if the guests intend to use the daybed as their additional bed.

For guests 4-5 in number, all the beds inside the unit will be provided with beddings.
