Ground floor modern apartment with access to a Patio and garden area you have a Seaview from the garden, outside seats are stored inside. Private parking
with coded gates for drive way and pedestrian gate.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the South Promenade and a laneway, which leads to the Glen River, the Ice House, Commedagh and Donard Mountain.
A 5 minute walk to Newcastle Central Promenade. If you are only looking food and a drink then its a 2 minute walk to a couple of fantastic, restaurants; Oliver Bizarre & The Harbour House.
There are single nights available but during busy times are limited to weekdays and you must contact the host for availability.

I love the Mourne Mountains and that was the motivation to get a property in Newcastle. With work and family commitments I knew I wouldn't get the time to fully enjoy the property myself so this was the plan for putting onto Airbnb.

Bobbi's Bothy is Pet and Family friendly and I found this hard to get when I was staying in Newcastle.
Ground floor apartment with access to garden and patio area, good for smokers and pets/kids.
Two minutes walk from the sea and mountain access, five minute walk to Newcastle Central Promenade.
Private parking with coded drive way and pedestrian gates.
