Aptly named, Meadow Hare cottage, sleeping up to 6 guests in four bedrooms, has a large rear garden facing Silverlake's pretty sculpture garden, where guests can watch wildlife abound.
Meadow Hare is a brand new, comfortably furnished, cottage that sleeps up to 6 people in 4 bedrooms. It has a wonderful large garden that offers direct access to Silverlake's pretty Sculpture Garden, with its abundance of natural flora, fauna and wildlife.
A decked area at the rear of the house, together with BBQ and garden furniture makes this house perfect for al-fresco dining on summer nights, while a log burner means that guests can enjoy a cosy night in by the fire in the cooler months.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing, the nature of the Estate means the construction level around this property is ever changing, so for the most up to date information regarding construction, please reach out to a member of our team. Silverlake is a great base with plenty of on-site facilities and places to visit nearby. On-site we have a heated infinity pool, a stunning private spa, a roof bar, watersports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.

1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

Offering direct access from the rear of the cottage to Silverlake's Sculpture Garden, Meadow Hare is a tranquil haven where guests can enjoy watching wildlife in their natural habitat from the outdoor deck or from the rear bedroom balcony.
The property sleeps up to 6 people in four bedrooms that have been furnished with a good night's sleep in mind. There are two king size bedrooms with upholstered beds featuring M&S mattresses, built in wardrobes and spacious ensuite shower rooms. One of the king size bedrooms has views across the lakes, while the other bedroom has access to a balcony with table and chairs. In addition there are two single bedrooms with Hypnos mattresses, also with built in wardrobes, and a family bathroom, with a shower of the bath. Please note that the single beds have bed ends, so are not suitable for anyone over 6ft.
The ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining area complete with a 'real wood' log burner for cosy nights in.
The ultra-contemporary moss green kitchen includes the latest Siemens appliances including a large induction hob, 70/30 fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave and full oven. A Nespresso compatible coffee machine is also available for guests' use.
The dining area includes a table that seats up to 6 people on 4 chairs and a bench. There is also a breakfast bar that offers additional seating for 2 people.
The living area which is positioned nearest the patio doors, offers calming views to the garden and beyond, together with comfy seating for up to 6 people.
A combined utility/cloakroom offers a downstairs WC, washbasin and combined washer/dryer as well as storage for coats and shoes.
Outside, there is a charcoal BBQ, two large outdoor relaxer chairs, a sun lounger and a picnic bench. Perfect for just chilling with a book or enjoying a meal al-fresco.
