This house is meant primarily for family vacations and group of friends. If you are planning an event, please consult us before reservation.

Swimming pool heating is available at extra charge of 500€ per 7 nights.

Check-In anytime in between 3PM & 8PM. After 8 PM late check in fee of 100€ will be applied.

Late check in and check out fee is 250€ subject to availability.

Mandatory security deposit 3000€ must be paid before or upon arrival.

Check-Out before 12АM.
