Silverlake is just a short drive from the world-renowned Jurassic Coast, offering plenty of natural beauty spots to enjoy off site.

Access to the activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.

Overton Island is a newly completed village at Silverlake. Whilst this property is fully completed, there are still properties on the island and wider Estate that are undergoing various elements of construction. You may see and hear construction between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.

Silverlake is a great base with plenty of on-site facilities and places to visit nearby. On-site we have watersports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.

1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
