This lovely 30 m² studio offers tasteful functionality and a fantastic location close to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants serving delicious cuisine.

The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates sleeping, dining and kitchen areas. You’ll find a comfortable queen-size bed made up with hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV to catch up on your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals together. A door opens out to a balcony with a table and chairs, an ideal spot to unwind and soak up the fresh air.

The well-equipped kitchenette includes all the essentials for preparing tasty home-cooked meals, such as an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

For your peace of mind, the studio is professionally cleaned before each visit. It’s located on the 4th floor of the building, which has an elevator for easy access.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at a minimum.
