Reception room with wood burner, sofa seating for 2 and chesterfield armchair, games, books and children's books provided.

Sitting room with open fire, sofa seating for 6, smart TV and door leading to kitchen.

Kitchen with dining table and chairs for 6, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, Nepresso coffee machine, door to garden.


First Floor

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2 + 1) in King size bed, with children's single z-bed set up on prior request.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) in King size bed

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) in Double bed

Bathroom - bath with handheld shower, WC and single washbasin


Outside

Large, enclosed lawn garden with outside table and chairs seating 6. Back gate access for bikes.

Free on-street parking outside the property & free public car park within 75 metres.

Wonderful stay in Biddenden

We had a fantastic time staying at Hearts of Oak! Emma was so friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for the area, including a taxi service which was needed when we visited Chapel Down winery! The property itself is very cosy and clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay, including logs for the fireplace. The garden was also beautiful!

lovely house

Emma was very kind and helpful. The house was lovely, with charming, unique decor. Our stay in Kent was wonderful. We appreciated Emma's thoughtful touches: providing small snacks made in the village, coffee, tea, firewood, and more. Don't miss having breakfast or afternoon tea at The Bakehouse Café; everything was delicious and the staff were always smiling.

Beautiful cottage lovely host!

We stayed at Heart of a oaks cottage last weekend and it was a delight. The cottage is decorated beautifully, is clean, comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. The garden is super cute as is the little high street it is one. There is a bakery and pub next to the cottage, both are very quaint ans serve good food. Emma, the host was exceptional and answered every query I had promptly. We will definitely return in the future!
