The property is located a stone's throw from the city center of Carloforte, an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. It is only a 7-minute walk from the port of Carloforte!



The apartment consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, full bathroom and service bathroom and balcony.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The characteristic village of Carloforte is the only inhabited center of San Pietro, an island of the small archipelago of Sulcis. The beaches near the town of Carloforte are the most famous on the island and very different from each other: some sandy, others covered with pebbles, others still rocky. The beach closest to the center of Carloforte is Il Giunco, another beach near the center is Guidi, a beach of fine sand alternating with dark rocks. For those who love mixed beaches of sand and gravel the recommended beach is Spiaggia di Girin.

The island of San Pietro is not very large and can be toured by car in a day. It is therefore easy to reach each of its beaches starting from Carloforte. Along the western coast of the island we find Spiaggia La Caletta and Spiaggia della Conca, while along the southern coast the Chinolle beach, the Lucchese beach, Spiaggia La Bobba and Spiaggia di Guidi are worth a visit. Other beaches not to be missed in the surroundings of Carloforte are: Punta Nera, Golfo del Becco, Calavinagra and Golfo della Mezzaluna (the latter reachable only by sea). If you love diving, not to be missed: Punta delle oche and Nasca are two caves in the north of the island ideal for divers.

- Conca Beach: 12 minutes by car or 35 minutes by public transport;

- Carloforte Harbour: 7 minutes on foot;



- Trattoria Lo Scoglio (restaurant): 2 minutes on foot;

- Caffè Bar Roma: 3 minutes on foot;

- CONAD (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot.



- From Cagliari Elmas Mario Mameli airport: you can reach the apartment thanks to the CFCA A/R shuttle transport to be booked by phone, about 20 euros each way. The property is only a 7-minute walk from the port of Carloforte.



- From Portovesme and Calasetta, DELCOMAR ferries leave and allow you to reach the island of Carloforte in 40 and 30 minutes of navigation; from Portovesme, ferry departures to Carloforte are only during the day and include the boarding of vehicles, while from Calasetta the service is both daytime and nighttime. The port of Carloforte is only a 7-minute walk from the property.
