There is also access to a cozy loft with four extra beds – a hit with the kids! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your vacation and is open to the living room. Here you can enjoy your vacation in the cozy dining area or relax on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. The house has underfloor heating in all living areas and free internet – ideal for both summer and winter vacations. Outdoors The living room has direct access to a lovely, partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings while the children play in the large, secluded garden with space for ball games and play. The green border planting provides plenty of privacy and a cozy atmosphere. Location The holiday home is peacefully located in the southern part of Marielyst – just a short walk from one of Denmark's best beaches. Here you live close to nature, but at the same time a short distance from Marielyst Torv with shopping, restaurants and experiences for the whole family. An ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
