On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is bathed in natural light through a panoramic window and features a Scandinavian wood stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally into the living space, while a shower and WC complete the ground floor layout. Direct access from the living area leads to both the garden and the 50 m2 partly roofed terrace, which is furnished and offers beautiful views of the lake, the garden, and the surrounding countryside.

On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms provide restful and well-appointed sleeping spaces. The first bedroom faces west and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, with direct access to the 14 m2 west-facing balcony. The second bedroom, featuring charming sloping ceilings, offers 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom is equally comfortable and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. All upper floor rooms benefit from warm wooden floors, and the balcony is furnished to allow guests to fully enjoy the scenic surroundings.
