気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The view was nice and yhe property seems newly renovated, but thats where the positives ended. Whdn we got there Rentbeat who manages the property gave us the wrong code to access they key to the house. So after traveling about 14 hours we were forced to wait outside for an additional 2 hours in the heat. (It was over 100 degrees f). Once we got in I turned on the lights and all the power in the house went out.They had no snswer for this. They tried every excuse, for example saying it was a problem in the region. That wasnt true because we can see all the houses around us, and their lights were on.they told me they would send a Technician, which was a lie, because they then followed up one hour later by saying it was too late, maybe one will be available tomorrow. The power randomly 2ould come on and off, but not as if was a blackout, more like an electrical problem with the wiring or circuit in the house. They did ask me to look at the breaker nox, and it looked very dmall for a house if that size, compared to what i have previously seen in my lifetime. The AC did not work. It was over 100 degrees f at night. There were fans but it was miserable. They kept saying sorry, but they wont do snything sbout it. They told me they would send "a technician" to evualate snd fix the power snd ac problem. No one ever came. They left us stranded. I asked for my money back, and rentbeat says they are not the responsible party, they point to expedia, expedia point to them. I lose
