This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining area for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for cooking delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms have UK queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The Grand Canal neighbourhood is one of Dublin’s most attractive and peaceful areas, known for its tree-lined waterside paths, elegant Georgian homes, cafés and lively pubs. Visitors can enjoy a scenic walk along the canal or explore Grand Canal Dock, where historic waterways meet modern architecture. Nearby tourist attractions include the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, the EPIC Irish Emigration Museum, Merrion Square, St Stephen’s Green and Trinity College. The area is also close to Dublin’s city centre, making it an ideal place to experience both the city’s cultural attractions and its quieter, more relaxed atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, The Square, is just a 1-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
