Fabulous

The small apartment was perfect for our needs with a lovely balcony overlooking the Mediterranean the grounds and pool were delightful and we were within easy walking distance of numerous lovely restaurants. We loved our stay and will be back next year

Magnificent view

The exceptional views of the Cote d'Azur make this compact unit an ideal place to relax and immerse yourself in the life of the small town of Boulouris. The unit is basic (kitchen: microwave, cooktop) and efficient with balcony acting as an extra room. Steps to shops, restaurants, buses and promenade and the sea. Owners very pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic week

The apartment met expectations. It was not large as described but everything was there. For us it was mainly about the lovely terrace with a sea view. We enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the various restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The Massive Estérel hinterland is also very worthwhile. It was great.

A Mediterranean paradise

This was our second stay at Bernard and Lilliane's lovely apartment. The apartment itself is compact but has everything you need including a lovely balcony with exceptional views of the sea. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and well kept and the pool is a delight. Bernard is very helpful and is quick to respond to any queries and Silvie the onsite manager could also not be more helpful and friendly. Boulouris itself is a delight with several excellent restaurants within a short walk. We love this place and will be sure to stay again next time we visit the Cote D'Azur.

Our stay in Boulouris (St. Raphaël)

This is an amazing place to stay for a super vacation. The sea is very nearby in short walking distance, there is a nice sweat water pool, a nice shade area with wonderful trees and a nice lawn. The place is very quiet and easy to reach. There are also a few good restaurants nearby and two small supermarkets in walking distance. The train station is reachable in approximately 10 walking minutes (important in case wants to visit cities along the coat line of Côte d'Azure). Bernard and Liliane are two lovely people and helped us out ron every question we had. The place is recommendable to 100+%.

Magnifique séjour

le petit appartement est très bien organisé, équipé et entretenu. L'emplacement est encore meilleur que sur les photos : au bord de la mer avec vue sur la mer, le jardin ombragé voire un peu exotique, la piscine rafraîchissante, l'accès direct à la plage, tout a contribué à des vacances reposantes.

Très beau studio et très bien situé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio très propre et avec une terrasse bien exposée et avec une très belle vue sur la mer, le petit port de Boulouris et la piscine. Les commerces et restaurants sont tout proches. À recommander sans réserves.

Super séjour dans une résidence aussi calme que magnifique avec piscine, parc arboré, accès plages, et surtout, une localisation et des vues exceptionnelles. L' appartement est bien équipé, propre, au 1er étage avec une vue fantastique sur le parc, la piscine, la mer, un petit port...

Perfekte Lage für einen entspannten Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 2 Wochen im September 2018 in der Anlage Mediterranee Paradise. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer in einer ruhigen, parkartig angelegten Anlage mit 2 stöckiger Bebauung. Es sind weniger als 20 Appartements, die verschiedenen Eigentümern gehören. Eine unterirdische Parkgarage ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist renoviert, das Bad ist neu gefliest. Das Appartement ist vollständig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ausstattung und Elektrogeräte sind modern und hochwertig. Rund um den Pool stehen Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung, weitere Liegen und einige Tische stehen im Schatten unter Palmen und Pinien. Der Blick geht über den kleinen Hafen auf die Bucht von Frejus. Für sportlich Interessierte steht eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Boulefläche (nebst Kugeln) bereit. Im Hafen ist eine Taucher-Basis und das Esterel-Gebirge lädt zu Wanderungen ein. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft liegen zwei gute Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 200 m Entfernung. Die Anlage wird von Madame Sylvia betreut, die auch die Einweisung übernimmt und auf Wunsch für die Endreinigung sorgt. Auch sonst hilft sie sehr freundlich mit Rat und Tat. Wir haben von der Wohnung aus mit dem Mietauto die gesamte Cote d´Azur erkundet. Die Autobahn ist relativ nah und so sind die Städte gut zu erreichen. Aber auch die Corniche nach Cannes lohnt die Mühe. An ihr liegen kleine Strände in felsigen Buchten. Der nächste größere Sandstrand ist in St.Raphael. Uns gefiel Frejus Plage besser, dort gab es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts sogar einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Appartement und in der Anlage sehr wohlgefühlt und können sie für einen entspnnten Aufenthalt an der Cote d`Azur nur empfehlen!

Magnifique

Location située dans petite résidence, proche des commerces (alimentations, restaurants, marché, docteurs, kinés, coiffeur etc.). Situation géographique et vues exceptionnelles « les pieds dans l’eau , accès direct, aux plages, criques, petit port (40 bateaux), chemin piétonnier bord de mer. Appartement (No 108) très bien équipé, et entièrement rénové, situé au 1er étage vue entièrement dégagée sur parc arboré et en fond piscine de la résidence, très belle vue mer et côte. Stationnement idéal dans parking souterrain. Le réveil est merveilleux avec le petit déjeuner sur balcon et la vue mer, des couchés de soleils magnifiques. Le prix de la location peut paraître élevé mais il le vaut réellement, compte tenu de la situation et de tous les avantages qui sont liés.

Location remarquable!

Je recommande cette résidence pour sa localisation (proximité immédiate des plages non surpeuplées, des commerces du village), pour son coté fonctionnel (accès, parking souterrain, lave-linge, concierge et service hôtelier...) et la beauté de ses lieux (parc arboré, piscine privée...): les pieds dans l'eau, sans route à traverser! Connaissant bien la région pour y être venue en vacances depuis des dizaines d'années, l'appartement climatisé avec vue sur mer dans cet environnement est vraiment parfait! Les couchers de soleil sur le port et la mer depuis le balcon sont inoubliables!!
