- NO smoking

- NO parties or loud music & noise to disturb neighbours

- NO additional guests excepts those booked

- Check out instructions must be followed

- Loss of keys will incur a 100 GBP replacement fee, as we would change the locks after such event

- Any damage to the property or items within will be reported and claim requested for the amount to be claimed back from guests

- Camera system & noise monitor in place. Breaking house rules will result in being asked to leave property with immediate effect.
